Sue Brunet 

CCPE, BHK (Owner)

Sue has a Bachelor of Honours degree in Human Kinetics, graduating from University of Windsor in 1993. She has over 20 years of experience with her start in the clinical field and transitioning into the work world of ergonomics. She brings her experience in both the private and public sectors, with her expertise in the physical aspects of applied ergonomics.

 Her scope of work includes Physical Demands Analysis (PDA's), ergonomic assessments, musculoskeletal interventions and controls, return to work programs, and ergonomic office training. She has serviced companies in various work environments including office, healthcare, industrial, and automotive. Sue is a Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist and full member of the Association of Canadian Ergonomists (ACE). She is a volunteer with the Association, acting as the Southwestern Regional Representative.


Nea Lajeunesse

Office Manager 

Nea has been in customer service for over 30 years and involved in health & safety for over 25 years.  First starting out as an employee rep, then as a management rep.  She transferred over to Working Environments where she wore many different hats during her 12 year employment.  Now working at Ergonow, she is the Office Manager and continues her role in customer service.   Being detailed oriented, Nea is successfully helping customers with their specialty product needs.







Victoria Brunet

BHK, Ergonomist 

Victoria graduated from the Movement Science stream of the Kinesiology program at the University of Windsor in 2016. Victoria achieved and maintained Presidential Honor Roll, was a member of the Golden Key Society and Graduated with Great Distinction. Once she graduated in the Spring of 2016, she promptly began her employment as an Ergonomic Consultant at Ergonow. As a highly-motivated and eager-to-learn individual , Victoria quickly familiarized herself with the ergonomic consulting process and expanded her knowledge of ergonomic products. Victoria primarily assesses office environments, she also has practical assessment experience in the industrial environments.

Additionally, Victoria does not hesitate to expand her skill set by jumping into the marketing and advertising side of Ergonow's business.  She assists with developing the training materials and is always excited to explore new research topics in the field of ergonomics.


Stephanie Kirk 

BA, Design Specialist & Furniture Sales  

As Ergonow continues to grow & mature, we are able to offer more services to fulfill our customers' needs. The newest member of the team, Stephanie Kirk, will be able to extend our expertise into the areas of furniture, colour & textiles of your space. 

Stephanie comes to us with over 30 years of Customer Service experience and with a strong ability to work with & assess a client's needs. Her bachelor's degree in visual arts makes her the ideal person to work on colour palette, furniture options & interior layout. 







Jeff Marshall 

Lead Installer, Furniture Design & Sales


Jeff's been with the Ergonow team for 2 years! He brings with him five years of design and detailing experience, twenty years of sales and customer service in renovations and installations. He has a background in architectural design, space planing and fabricating with a strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment installations. He is very detail oriented and loves design challenges.
