Sue Brunet 

CCPE, BHK (Owner)

Sue has a Bachelor of Honours degree in Human Kinetics, graduating from University of Windsor in 1993. She has over 20 years of experience with her start in the clinical field and transitioning into the work world of ergonomics. She brings her experience in both the private and public sectors, with her expertise in the physical aspects of applied ergonomics.

 Her scope of work includes Physical Demands Analysis (PDA's), ergonomic assessments, musculoskeletal interventions and controls, return to work programs, and ergonomic office training. She has serviced companies in various work environments including office, healthcare, industrial, and automotive. Sue is a Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist and full member of the Association of Canadian Ergonomists (ACE). She is a volunteer with the Association, acting as the Southwestern Regional Representative.

Nea Lajeunesse

Office Manager 

Nea has been in customer service for over 30 years and involved in health & safety for over 25 years.  First starting out as an employee rep, then as a management rep.  She transferred over to Working Environments where she wore many different hats during her 12 year employment.  Now working at Ergonow, she is the Office Manager and continues her role in customer service.   Being detailed oriented, Nea is successfully helping customers with their specialty product needs.

Jeff Marshall 

Lead Installer, Furniture Design & Sales

Jeff's been with the Ergonow team for 2 years! He brings with him five years of design and detailing experience, twenty years of sales and customer service in renovations and installations. He has a background in architectural design, space planing and fabricating with a strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment installations. He is very detail oriented and loves design challenges.

Stephanie is our Design Specialist at Ergonow and she partners with our customers to select the right furniture (colour, design and textile) to blend style with functionality while ensuring comfort and durability.  Stephanie has had a passion for art & design since a young age, and possesses a natural ability to create and design interiors that exceed our clients’ expectations.   Stephanie has more than 20 years of customer service experience and she is a graduate of the University of Windsor’s Fine Arts program.

Charles attended the University of Windsor where he received his Bachelors of Human Kinetics and went on to earn a Masters Degree in Human Kinetics with a focus on Biomechanics and Ergonomics. After Graduating, Charles spent time working as an ergonomist in a manufacturing setting as well as teaching an ergonomics course at the University of Windsor.

Since joining the Ergonow team in the Fall of 2018, Charles has leveraged his education and experience to help our clients elevate their ergonomics programs, enabling them to provide safer and more productive workspaces for their employees. With a strong fundamental understanding of the body from biomechanical and physiological perspectives, Charles will identify and provide recommendations to eliminate ergonomics hazards in your working environment.
